The Outcome Tracking System (OTS) User Interface (UI) changed for Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) and Developmental Centers (DCs) Portal Users in February 2023.
This change assists ICF/DC Users with Assigning Questionnaires through a new Assignment Queue and allows Questionnaires to be removed from their Queue.
If you are an ICF or DC OTS User, and require training, please contact us at EmploymentFirst@dodd.ohio.gov to schedule a virtual training.
OTS Data Office Hours are available for County Boards, Providers, and ICFs/DCs to ask questions about the OTS application, data, and reports.
Users can sign up for 30-minute appointments. This time can be used for new user training, report questions, data questions, OTS entry questions, OTS access, and more!
Please use this link to sign up.
