Adult Literacy Ohio is a self-directed, literacy focused program designed to meet adult learners where they are to develop increased confidence and skills to enhance community navigation, workforce development and overall quality of life. Tune in to hear an overview of the program, learn how it has evolved over time, and take next steps to get involved. Come along on Jake’s journey to leverage the power of literacy in his home, workplace, and community.

The presentation will cover:

  • identify post-secondary education interests, priorities and goals;
  • explore and connect to post-secondary educational programs and resources;
  • access disability services, supports, and accommodations in post-secondary educational environments.
