Adapting to Revenue and Resource Changes

Chris Wolf

Transforming the way supports are delivered of course requires a focus on revenue and resources. The impact the change from group-related to more individualized service delivery has on an organization‘s fiscal bottom-line necessitates new strategies and collaborations. Chris Wolf walks you through both the "why" and the "how" of adapting to these important shifts and changes.
