The Ohio Employment First Transition Framework Effective Practices Tool provides research-based methods and strategies for teachers, job coaches, and other professionals who prepare youth to work in the community. It was recently updated to include additional support strategies and improve ease of use. This session will provide a brief overview of the tool, with a focus on how to select and evaluate effective practices for each individual student.
