2025 Opening Session Over Zoom
Yes, if you already have an OCALI Pass through other events, you may use that same login information. Otherwise, please create an OCALI Pass to register for the 2025 Innovation Series.
Please select the role that most closely matches your job title. Commonly selected roles include:
- Adult Services - Service and Support Administrator
- Adult Services - Adult Day Program Provider
- Adult Services - Adult Residential Provider
- Adult Services - Vocational Services Provider
- Families - Parent
- Families - Other
- Individual with Disability

There is no registration fee for the April 22 Opening Session Over Zoom. Register through OCALI Pass.
Yes, the Opening Session will be recorded and uploaded to the Ohio Employment First website in early May.
The Zoom webinar link will be emailed to all registrants on the afternoon of Monday, April 21 and resent early on Tuesday, April 22. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder for emails from events@ocali.org.
Two (2) hours of continuing professional development units (CPDUs) will be offered for the Opening Session for each of the following CPD types:
- Adult Services
- County Board Member
- Service and Support Administrator
- Superintendent

2025 Innovation Summit
The registration fee for the 2025 Innovation Summit is $30 for professionals and $15 for parents, family members, and self-advocates. Need-based scholarships are available by request. Contact us for more information.
Payment is accepted in the form of credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA), checks, and purchase orders.
Groups are not only welcome but encouraged to participate in the 2025 Innovation Summit! Groups can register using a purchase order or credit card.
To register group by purchase order:
Summary: One person first completes registration online (including purchase order payment information) using his/her own new or existing OCALI Pass account. Completing the registration process will generate a unique 4-digit code. The registrant shares the unique 4-digit group code with all remaining group members. Each remaining group member is responsible for completing their own indiividual registration using the 4-digit code.
Steps:
- Designate one person as the Group Leader.
- The Group Leader either creates a new OCALI Pass account or logs in to an existing account.
- Once logged in, select the appropriate rate, then completes all registration questions and payment information.
- When asked for form of payment, select "Start a new group purchase order," and enter all necessary PO information. Then Submit.
- The Group Leader will receive a confirmation email from events@ocali.org with the subject line "Registration Invoice - 2025 Innovation Series." The confirmation email will include a 4-digit Purchase Order / Invoice ID code.
- The Group Leader shares the 4-digit code with all remaining group members.
- Each remaining group member will then either log into his/her existing account or create a new one, select the appropriate rate, and complete the registration questions.
- When asked for payment, select "Add to existing group purchase order," and search using the 4-digit group code.
- Confirm the details match and complete the registration.
- Each remaining group member will receive a confirmation email.
To register a group by Credit Card:
The 2025 Innovation Summit will be held at Quest Conference Center, 9200 Worthington Rd, Ste 400, Westerville, OH 43028. There are 9 accessible parking spaces to the left and 9 accessible parking spaces to the right of the main entrance. There is a covered drop-off area at the main entrance. The 2025 Innovation Summit is in Quest Conference Center – which is located on the 4th floor of the office building. The Summit takes place in the Ohio Inventors Wing.
Yes, lunch is included. Morning coffee/tea will also be provided.

No, there is no Zoom virtual session for the Innovation Summit on Thursday, June 5. The 2025 Innovation Summit is a live in-person event at Quest Conference Center – 9200 Worthington Rd. Westerville, OH 43082
Yes, a universal changing area will be available at the 2025 Innovation Summit.
Six (6) hours of continuing professional development units (CPDUs) will be offered for the Innovation Summit for each of the following CPD types:
