Agencies can partner with families and youth in multi-agency transition planning and for transition services. Learn more about agencies, what they do and who can benefit from their participation and support.

This resource provides information about Ohio agencies that support employment. It includes practices and planning strategies, as well as downloadable documents that can be used to help teams collaborate for the benefit of the individual.
